The ET3 line-stage is a "baby" version of our flagship line-stage preamplifier, the GAT. The family resemblance is much more than skin deep. With voltage gain provided by a triode vacuum-tube, the zero-feedback line-stage circuit of the ET3, along with its DC voltage regulators, closely replicates the circuit of the GAT. Finally, and especially noteworthy, the ET3 features a relay operated discrete stepped attenuator level-control circuit of the type found in the GAT and CT5, absent only the balance control function found in those more costly models.Functionally, the ET3 provides highly flexible I/O facilities with six separate line-level inputs (including one "tape" loop), plus a theater loop that facilitates use in a home theater system. In addition, the ET3 offers the convenience of infrared remote control of all functions.For vinyl enthusiasts, the ET3 is optionally available with a vacuum-tube phono stage that borrows its zero-feedback audio circuit from our reference quality TEA1 phono stage. Customers can choose between high gain (recommended for cartridges with a rated output of 1.0 mV or less) and low gain (recommended for cartridges with rated output greater than 1.0 mV) versions of the phono stage. Input resistive loading is switch selectable over a range from 47 kOhms down to 200 Ohms. Design and connections
The M1 SDAC is utilizes a 32-bit DAC and sample-converter of exceptional quality. This circuitry offers conversion at sample rates up to and including 192 kHz, meaning it can accept the very best high-resolution music files available today. The fully asynchronous USB input is designed to deliver exceptional quality at all sample rates and from all file types. It's compatible with computers running Windows, Mac OS X or Linux.

The Bluetooth wireless input deliver high-performance sound from mobile devices and uses the aptX system for stunning audio quality over the entire audio band. It accepts up to 24bit/48kHz files, which are upsampled to 24/192. It's also backwards compatible with previous Bluetooth versions, so you'll be able to use a wide range of portable and computer sources. The function of the OBH-18 is to boost the level and correct the frequency response of a low level signal coming from a moving magnet phono pick-up on a conventional turntable. The signal required by most modern amplifiers is described as being 'LINE' level, which is, in technical terms, between 200 and 500 milli-Volts with a flat frequency response. Unless your amplifier has a specific 'Phono' or Disc input, the level will be too low and the frequency response will be wrong. The OBH-18 is designed to boost the signal and introduce an R.I.A.A. frequency response characteristic.The OBH-18 looks the part too! Designed to complement the Creek range of amplifiers, tuners and CD players, the new OBH range features an impressive solid aluminium front panel in a silver finish. The remainder of the 150mm casing is black so the products all but disappear.
